Privacy

• Login details. When you log in, our login provider shares an account id with us, along with the email or wallet you used.
• Wallet addresses. The address of the wallet you launch from, your Instafan balance address, and any address you cash out to.
• Instagram account details. For accounts that are searched, launched for or claimed: the public username, name, profile picture and account id.
• Ownership proof. When you claim an account, our verification partner confirms the Instagram username you logged in as. We never see your Instagram password.
• Coin details. The name, ticker, picture and description of coins you launch.
• Technical data. Your IP address, used to count requests and limit abuse, and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.

Coins, trades, payouts and wallet addresses are recorded on the Solana blockchain, and coin pictures and details are stored on IPFS. This information is public, permanent, and outside our control. We can't delete it.

• To run Instafan: launching coins, tracking earnings, verifying owners and sending payouts.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and claims on accounts by people who don't own them.
• To comply with the law.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Service providers that help us run Instafan: hosting, database, login and wallet, ownership verification, Instagram profile lookup, file storage, and blockchain access. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect Instafan and its users.

We keep account, claim and payout records for as long as needed to run Instafan and meet legal obligations. Request counters tied to your IP address are used only to limit abuse.

You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you, except what is recorded on chain or that we must keep by law. If you own an Instagram account, you can claim it and remove it from Instafan so no new coins can be launched for it.

Instafan is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
