Instafan lets anyone launch a coin on pump.fun that is linked to a public Instagram account. A share of the trading fees from each coin is set aside for that account, and the verified owner of the account can claim and cash it out.

Instafan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, pump.fun, or any account a coin is launched for, unless that account says so itself.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You may not use Instafan if you are located in, or a resident of, a place where using it would be illegal, or if you are subject to sanctions.

You are responsible for every coin you launch, including its name, ticker, picture and description. You agree not to:

• imply that an account owner created, endorses or controls a coin when they don't;
• use content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit;
• use Instafan for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

Where earnings go is fixed on chain when a coin is created and can't be changed by anyone, including you and us. We may hide coins or accounts from Instafan at our discretion.

Only the owner of an Instagram account may claim its earnings. You must prove ownership by logging in to Instagram through our verification partner. Claiming an account you don't own, or trying to, is prohibited.

Earnings are paid in SOL. We keep 20% of the fees set aside for each account; the account keeps 80%. Payouts are blockchain transactions: check the destination address carefully, because sends can't be reversed.

An account owner can remove their account so that no new coins can be launched for it. Earnings already accrued stay claimable.

Logging in creates a wallet for you through our wallet provider. You are responsible for keeping your login and, if you export it, your private key secure. We can't recover funds sent to the wrong address or lost because a key was exposed.

Coins launched on Instafan are speculative and can lose all their value. Prices are volatile, and earnings depend on trading that may stop at any time. Nothing on Instafan is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for any taxes you owe.

Instafan relies on third parties, including the Solana network, pump.fun, and our login, wallet and verification providers. We are not responsible for their outages, errors or changes.

Instafan is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that Instafan will be uninterrupted, secure or error free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Instadotfan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, funds or data, arising from your use of Instafan. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we received from you in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Instadotfan harmless from any claims, losses or costs arising from your use of Instafan, the coins you launch, or your breach of these terms.

We may change Instafan or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use Instafan means you accept the new terms. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
